1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
3. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay for a safe and secure checkout.
5. Can I return or exchange a watch?
Yes! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your watch within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. (Item must be unworn and in original packaging.) Please see our Return Policy for full details.
6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
No worries — if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, simply contact us at support@royaltick.store, and we’ll make it right.
7. Are your watches covered by warranty?
Yes, all our watches come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
